At Okanagan Tech Industry Night, we've innovatively reversed the traditional dynamic: rather than industry representatives stationed at booths with students approaching them, students showcase their projects in booths, drawing interest from industry professionals. Teams are organized by specialty areas like Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Software, Robotics, enabling companies to directly connect with the talent they're seeking.
